Jennifer Lopez flaunts her ripped abs in crop top during visit to hair salon, Linda Perry’s house amid Ben Affleck divorce

Jennifer Lopez once again showed off her ripped abs in a crop top in Los Angeles Friday morning.

The “On the Floor” hitmaker, 55, was photographed walking into a hair salon with a smile on her face as she displayed her chiseled torso. Later in the day, she headed to singer-songwriter Linda Perry’s house.

Her white turtleneck sweater crop top was paired with off-white linen pants. She accessorized with brown shades and a leather handbag.

Lopez’s cheerful outing comes after it was reported she is in negotiations to buy a massive $55 million Los Angeles mansion next door to her troubled ex Sean “Diddy” Combs amid her divorce from Ben Affleck.

However, it doesn’t appear the “Hustlers” star and the former Bad Boy exec would be neighbors for long.

Combs, 54, is facing multiple sexual assault and abuse lawsuits and has listed his Beverly Hills abode for $61 million this week as a result.

TMZ reported earlier this week that Lopez, for her part, is attempting to snag the 30,000-square-foot estate nearby for anywhere from $30 to $39 million, which is nearly half its original listing price.

The actress and singer’s outing comes after it was reported she’s looking to purchase a Beverly Hills, Calif., mansion next to a house owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs. In August, it was reported that the “Let’s Get Loud” singer was trying to find a new place “to start fresh.”

Lopez officially filed for divorce from Affleck, 52, on August, which was the second anniversary of their lavish Georgia wedding. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for her split.

Lopez and Affleck still own their colossal 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom marital home, which they listed publicly in July for $68 million — an $8 million increase from what they bought it for in June 2023.

In July, a source told Us Weekly that they were “in a rush” to offload their home, but they haven’t had luck.

Page Six exclusively reported earlier this month that the “Dance Again” singer wants to remake her image amid her divorce.

A person close to the star told us at the time, “She needs advice from some new people to add a new layer and get some new suggestions.”
