Joe Biden is continuing to worry his supporters with his latest gaffes during public appearances. The President of the United States, who is currently running for re-election, made two errors while speaking with journalists on Thursday (July 11) in Washington, D.C. While introducing Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the NATO summit, Biden accidentally introduced him as “President Putin.” Keep reading to find out more… Biden said, “And now I want to hand it over to the President of Ukraine, who has as much courage as he has determination. Ladies and gentlemen — President Putin.” He started walking away and realized his error and walked back to the microphone and said, “President Putin. He’s gonna beat President Putin, President Zelenskyy.” Zelenskyy joked about the gaffe and said, “I’m better.” Biden replied, “You are a hell of a lot better.” Later in the day, Biden gave a press conference at the White House. Biden was asked if he would be concerned about Kamala Harris‘ ability to beat Donald Trump if she were the one facing off against him. He replied that he “wouldn’t have picked Vice President Trump to be Vice President if I didn’t think she was not qualified to be President.” Biden also addressed why he plans to stay in the race. He said, “I think I’m the most qualified person. I beat him once and I’ll beat him again. The idea of senators and congressmen worrying about the ticket is not unusual. There are at least five presidents who have run with lower numbers than I have now.” Watch both videos below.
