Josh Brolin Praises Robert Downey Jr.'s Sobriety Journey & Broadway Performance

Josh Brolin is praising his friend and co-star Robert Downey Jr.

The 56-year-old actor, who plays Thanos in the MCU, spoke about his 59-year-old co-star, who plays Iron Man, after seeing his “astounding” Broadway performance in McNeal at the Vivian Beaumont Theater in New York City.

The show stars Robert Downey Jr. as writer Jacob McNeal, who “has an estranged son, a new novel, old axes to grind and an unhealthy fascination with Artificial Intelligence,” via the official synopsis.

The pair last worked together on Avengers: Endgame in 2019, and previously starred in 2018′s Infinity War and 2015′s Age of Ultron.
