Former Newcastle and Stoke striker Joselu netted twice on the night but Bellingham was again at his menacing best as Madrid took another step towards regaining the title.

Following the match, footage captured Bellingham walking towards the tunnel alongside goalkeeper Andriy Lunin before quickly adjusting his direction after seeing Getafe’s club badge emblazoned on the touchline.

The 20-year-old showed his courteous side by walking around the badge, a move welcomed by the hundred of home fans baying for this attention as he made his way to the dressing room.

The 2023 Golden Boy recipient went one further after he was spotted in the stands embracing a young Real Madrid fan battling cancer.
