Juventus got the better of Monza this Saturday as part of the 38th and final day of Serie A (2-0).

In front of their home crowd, the Turinese won thanks to goals from Chiesa (26e) and Alex Sandro (28e), in quick succession, before the half-hour mark.

Winners of the Italian Cup ten days earlier at the expense of Atalanta, the Bianconeri offered themselves a first victory in the league in a month and a half, having remained on a series of six draws.

The Old Lady thus consolidates its third place in the ranking, behind Inter and AC Milan, with three more units on the clock than Bologna. Bergamo can still finish ahead of Juve, however, by winning these two final matches, against Torino and Fiorentina.
