The deal was finalized on March 6, 2025, as per records from IndexTap.com. The property, located at Bharat Arize on Linking Road, Bangur Nagar, was sold by Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd.

According to documents, Kajol bought Shop No. 2 on the ground floor, covering 4,365 sq. ft., along with five dedicated parking spots. The purchase price comes to ₹65,940 per sq. ft., and she paid ₹1.72 crore in stamp duty.
