While there were many highlights at the event, the one that caught our attention was the cast of Citadel: Honey Bunny touching Karan’s feet on stage. Yes, Varun and Samantha – who will be seen in Raj and DK’s spy web series, touched KJo’s feet after their upcoming show was announced at the Prime Video event. While Dhawan was successful in his mission, the ‘Yashoda’ was unable to do so. Scroll below to see the interaction and Karan’s reaction to it.
As seen in a video uploaded from the Prime Video event, Karan Johar greets the Citadel: Honey Bunny team when Varun touches his feet. It’s immediately followed by Samantha attempting the same but Karan yelling ‘no-no.’ This led to a hilarious exchange between the ‘Student Of The Year’ actor and its maker.
In the video, soon after Karan tells Samantha not to touch his feet, Varun replies, “I feel everyone should touch Karan’s feet.” To this Karan responds, “I don’t want to be aged here, please. I am finally over my midlife crisis. I don’t want you to put me in my place, please.” Responding to this, we hear Varun say, “I don’t think you all realise how old Karan is because he does a great job with his dermatologist.” Karan denies his claims saying, “There are lots of people who have done jobs on their faces, I am not one of them.”
