Kevin Nash, wrestling icon and WWE Hall of Famer, recently hinted at a December visit to WWE NXT, where he’s known for mentoring new talent. However, his plans have been clouded by a painful shoulder injury. Initially disclosed on his Kliq This podcast, Nash detailed the severity of the situation, recounting how a training mishap left him in considerable pain.

“I can’t even sit on a fu**ing toilet I’m in so much pain,” Nash revealed. “Stay tuned. I’ll definitely show up at an NXT taping if I’m not being operated on during that time because it looks like I’ve got to get my shoulder operated on. Something popped on my shoulder training on Tuesday… I was using a Cybex row machine. It stacks 200. I had 170 on it. I was on maybe rep eight or nine. I felt it and I heard something pop.”

The injury led to Nash pulling out of his scheduled appearances in Maryland over the weekend. MCW Pro Wrestling informed fans that he would not be attending, announcing WWE Hall of Famers JBL and Booker T as his replacements. Despite the last-minute change, fans were treated to an exciting weekend lineup featuring these legendary figures.

In an update to clarify the situation, Nash took to Twitter today, writing: “I sent a video of me apologizing for not traveling this past weekend. It’s due to an injury that will be repaired. Not a health issue. I’m in perfect health. I have a disc herniation at two levels. The procedure is same day and I’ll walk out to my vehicle. I’ll be 100% in 3 months.”

This update not only reassured fans that his overall health is fine but also provided insight into his recovery timeline. Nash expects to be back to full strength within three months following the outpatient procedure.

Wishing Kevin Nash a speedy and smooth recovery as he prepares for surgery and a return to form.
