A former Liverpool player has revealed that Jurgen Klopp’s next challenge is in Munich.

Former Liverpool defender Stéphane Henchoz sees Jurgen Klopp taking the reins of Bayern Munich.

Klopp will leave Anfield at the end of the season. He made the announcement two weeks ago and there is no chance he will reverse this decision.

Only one possible destination for Klopp

Swiss Henchoz told Blick: “His adventure in England is over. He can no longer lead another team there. And it would be surprising if he went to Spain or Italy. I see him at Bayern Munich.”

Henchoz then declared: “He brought Liverpool back to the level of the 80s and 90s and, for me, he is rightfully one of the legends of the club and always will be. I have met him several times and his charisma is incredible, his passion is visible and fans and players alike can feel it.”

“He treats his players in a wonderful way, almost as if he was also a bit of a father,” concluded the Helvetian.
