Kris Statlander is ‘More Than A Woman’ in more than one way.

Statlander spoke with WrestleZone Managing Editor Bill Pritchard ahead of AEW All Out. During the conversation, Statlander shared an “unknown fact” about her wrestling career that she’d like more people to know.

Kris Statlander said when she dropped her “Galaxy’s Greatest Alien” gimmick in favor of “More Than A Woman,” she made a subtle change to her face paint as well.

“When I switched from the alien to doing ‘More Than A Woman,’ I switched it to just the two black lines [near her eye]. It’s a greater than symbol (>). And I don’t think people have really caught onto that,” Statlander shared. “I think that’s a fun little fact that people didn’t really know.

“I think people were just like, ‘Oh it’s just two lines one her face.’ But it is supposed to emulate a greater than symbol, which is synonymous with the ‘More Than A Woman’ thing. It’s not something people really put together because it’s a weird shape on my face. It doesn’t sit perfectly, but it’s yeah, it’s supposed to resemble a greater than symbol,” Kris Statlander said.

Statlander will face Willow Nightingale in a street fight at AEW All Out on Saturday, September 7 in Chicago. Watch our full interview with Kris Statlander below:
