Dr. Lenny Hochstein and his fiancée, Katharina Nahlik, have gone their separate ways, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

“We recently ended our engagement,” Hochstein, 58, tells us Wednesday. “I have decided to move forward with my life.”

Despite the split, the Miami-based plastic surgeon wishes the Austrian model, 29, “nothing but the best.”

“I have nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family,” he shares, adding that he is “proud of her growth as a woman.”

Hochstein makes sure to note that he “will be forever grateful for the time [they] spent together.”

Confirmation of the pair’s breakup comes shortly after she posted a video on her Instagram Story that allegedly showed her kissing a blond mystery man, according to a screenshot obtained by @bravoandcocktails_.

“You jump I jump,” she wrote atop the clip, which was taken on the stern of a boat. “They say all we need in life might just be a little… push 😇.”

Confirmation of the pair’s breakup comes shortly after Nahlik posted a video on her Instagram Story that allegedly showed her kissing a blond mystery man. “10 years of friendship with this superhuman 🙏🏼🥳 grateful beyond words for you!” she penned over a second image.

Nahlik quickly deleted the footage and shared another photo with the same companion, whom she tagged as @tomgasp83.

Nahlik — who deleted that shot, too — did not immediately respond to our request for comment.

Hochstein proposed to the brunette beauty in July 2023 in Ibiza, Spain, after only a year of dating — even though he was still technically married to “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein.

“On top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset over breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to steal me away forever. 🏴‍☠️♾,” Nahlik captioned her Instagram announcement at the time, which included several shots of the moment Lenny popped the question.

Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa, 42, in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage.

The Bravolebrity has consistently alleged that Lenny cheated on her with Nahlik, which he has always vehemently denied.
