Liam Payne's Toxicology Results Reveal Numerous Drugs in System in Initial Findings (Report)

A partial autopsy has been completed, and more details about the toxicology tests done on Liam Payne after his passing have been revealed.

The 31-year-old One Direction star tragically passed after a fall from his hotel balcony in Argentina last week.

ABC News is reporting that Liam had a mixture of drugs in his system at the time of his death, including cocaine, benzodiazepine and crack, as well as something called “pink cocaine,” which is “a recreational drug that typically is a mix of several drugs including methamphetamine, ketamine, MDMA and others.”

The initial autopsy found his cause of death to be “multiple traumas” and “internal and external bleeding.”
