This Saturday, the 38th and final day of La Liga continued. On the program, Osasuna hosted Villarreal at the start of the afternoon. The two teams had nothing left to play for this final meeting, and were unable to decide between themselves at the final whistle (1-1). The Yellow Submarine was without its top scorer, Alexander Sørloth, for a good part of the match. He had to give up his place due to injury.

Budimir opened the scoring for the locals (30th), before Morales equalized in the second half (57th). In the standings, this point allows Osasuna to temporarily climb to 10th place, while Villarreal remains 8th.
