“Love Is Blind” stars Alexa and Brennon Lemieux announced that she is pregnant with their first child.
The couple –– who met and tied the knot on Season 3 of the hit Netflix show –– shared the news in a joint Instagram post on Friday.
Alexa posed in a set of white pajamas that showed off her baby bump as her husband stood behind her and their hands met at the side of her stomach.
Another snap showed them holding up custom newspapers that read, “Baby Lemieux Coming 2024” and “Lemieux: The Next Gen Coming to a Crib Near You Summer 2024.”
“The best of me and the best of you, baby Lemieux coming soon 🤍,” they captioned the post.
Alexa, 29, and Brennon, 33, also chatted about how “grateful” they are to be pregnant in an interview with People published Friday.

Instagram/@mrsalexalemieux“I just love looking in the mirror, because I remember not being pregnant and looking in the mirror and [thinking], ‘Oh, I just can’t wait for something to be there,'” she told the outlet. “Now there is, and I’m like, I love it! I just lay my hands on my stomach and just rub it all the time. I’m obsessed.”
The couple found out about the pregnancy in November 2023, but they revealed that prior to that, they had “been trying for almost a year and a half” to get pregnant.
“I went through some fertility treatments and nothing worked,” Alexa said. “I was really nervous that maybe we’re never going to be able to have kids.”
The parents-to-be found out the news in November after trying to conceive for over a year. NetflixAlexa added that she “was put on this earth to be a mom,” so she was “really going through it” when they initially struggled to conceive.
“And for me, it strips you of your womanhood. That’s what it felt like. And feeling like I was broken,” she recalled.

“Everybody always says the same thing … which is when you least expect something to happen, it will happen,” Brennon added.
Alexa admitted to feeling “broken” amid her pregnancy struggles. Netflix The couple met and married on Season 3 of “Love Is Blind.” NetflixEven after finding out the exciting news, Alexa hasn’t had the easiest pregnancy, as she was initially sleeping around “20 hours a day,” got pneumonia and is now struggling with “nausea all the time and a lot of heartburn.”
“Having everything that I’m experiencing, I feel like I’m so grateful to be pregnant. Even when I’m throwing up, I’m like, ‘I wanted this. This is amazing. I’m so happy to be here.’ I just kind of roll with the punches. And I think it’s because it’s just been such a long journey to get here that I’m so appreciative of having symptoms and going through it,” she explained.
The parents-to-be know the sex of the baby, but they’re keeping that a secret until a reveal party.
