Ludwig Kaiser aims to compete at WWE Bash in Berlin.

Ludwig Kaiser has been out of action due to a rib injury in recent weeks. He has not wrestled since the June 24 episode of WWE RAW, as he suffered a broken rib during his match against Bron Breakker.

Speaking with SPOX, Kaiser was asked about his plans to compete at WWE Bash in Berlin on August 31, given his injury.

“I’m on the right track. ‘Bash in Berlin’ is not in danger, I can reassure all German fans,” Ludwig Kaiser said. “With “SummerSlam” you have to see, too much is happening at the moment. Every week is something new. The WWE is boiling and booming. Most recently we were in Japan, Mexico, for TV in America and then we’ll be back in Europe soon. If I stub my toe and sprain, I’ll miss something next week.”

Kaiser was asked whether to accompany Gunther to the ring for his potential match at WWE Bash in Berlin would be enough for him. He made it clear that he wanted to compete on his own.

“I would hardly be able to cope with that,” he said. “I have earned the status that I can demolish the hut on my own. Especially as the only German, I would like to show myself in front of my family and friends, who ten years ago saw me fight in front of 35 people. That’s close to my heart.”

As of this writing, there is no word on when Kaiser will return to the ring. WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
