Erik ten Hag has named his starting 11 for Manchester United’s afternoon contest with West Ham United at Old Trafford. Kick-off is at 2pm.
The manager has made just one change from Thursday night’s emphatic 4-3 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers on the road, with the Reds now back to their home comforts for what’s expected to be a tightly-contested clash.
Harry Maguire has been selected in place of Raphael Varane, who drops to the bench following a string of successive starts in the Englishman’s absence. Lisandro Martinez also starts after his scintillating return to Premier League action midweek.
Young starlet Kobbie Mainoo retains his place, which will come as no surprise given that it was his heroics that rescued a crucial three points at the Molineux. He was named United’s Player of the Month for January and will be looking to continue building on his scintillating performances.
Rasmus Hojlund, Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford are this afternoon’s front three from the off.
