Pep Guardiola has decided. The Spanish manager has decided to leave Julian Alvarez on the bench for the Champions League round of 16 first leg between Manchester City and Copenhagen, in the Danish capital.

This choice has two consequences in particular. Jack Grealish recovers a place in the starting eleven, and Phil Foden, used on one side in recent weeks, will be able to play in a more central position, alongside the inevitable Kevin De Bruyne.

Man City: Ederson – Walker, Stones, Dias, Aké – Rodrigo – Bernardo, De Bruyne, Foden, Grealish – Haaland.
