Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho is open to leaving the club this summer to join Juventus in a swap deal involving Italian winger Federico Chiesa.

Sancho is set to be sold by the club this summer as his time at Old Trafford is coming to an end.

Following his feud with manager Erik ten Hag last year, Sancho was thrown out of the squad and in January this year, he was sent out on loan to Borussia Dortmund for the next six months.

He impressed on his loan spell in Germany and that has attracted the attention of some of the biggest clubs in the world.

Italian publication Gazzetta claims that Chiesa is at a turning point in his career and must choose between leaving the team right away or signing a contract extension with lower wages.

Under new head coach Thiago Motta, his new contract would reportedly mean a big wage drop and position him as a squad player.

Jadon Sancho could be sold by Man United in a swap deal.

As per the report, the Serie A team is open to a deal that would allow Sancho and Chiesa to switch teams over the summer.

A swap deal would suit both Man United and Juventus

Both the players are out of favour at their clubs and they are expected to part ways for a new challenge this summer.

A swap deal would favour both the teams as they would be getting a player in a position that needs reinforcement while also offloading the player that they do not require anymore.

Since the future of ten Hag was sorted at the club and it was announced that he would be staying at Old Trafford, it became clear that Sancho would be leaving this summer.
