Before Saturday’s match against Fulham, Manchester United had won their previous four Premier League games in a row, but they were barely hanging on.

The summer will be quite hectic for Man United, since Sir Jim Ratcliffe is probably preparing a change of direction for the team.

Ratcliffe’s first chance to make significant changes to United’s squad will come this summer.

The primary position will be to sign a striker who can both challenge and assist Rasmus Hojlund.

Despite the 21-year-old star’s recent spectacular form, Erik ten Hag has grown too dependent on the Dane since Anthony Martial is not an option. He is injured and set to leave the club at the end of the season.

Semih Kilicsoy of Besiktas is reportedly a target for the Red Devils, Turkish Football reports, after he had a successful first season with the Black Eagles.

The striker, who is still only 18, has scored nine goals and provided an assist in his past ten Süper Lig games. Additionally, the Turkish U19 international has scored in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifying round.

Arsenal have become aware of his availability due to his quickness, agility, and finishing touch; thus, when the summer transfer market opens, there may be a transfer battle to sign him.

In the event that the Premier League clubs make an offer, Besiktas will demand a significant transfer fee in an effort to keep their young star.

As a young player who can still grow while at the club and lessen the Dane’s burden without immediately hurting the Dane’s minutes, Kilicsoy might be a good addition to United’s squad as backup for Hojlund.
