Another friendship turning icy.

Mary Cosby kicks Meredith Mars out of her home following an explosive argument in the Season 5 trailer for “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.”

The fight seemingly happens during a “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”-themed brunch, which Cosby herself is hosting, when she tells the jewelry designer, “You’re a sneaky little, snarky little something.”

Marks –– who is dressed as Audrey Hepburn –– then fires back, telling Cosby to “leave” her alone.

However, Cosby is seemingly done with their interaction when she screams back at Marks to “get out of [her] house” before the latter does as asked.

The two women’s friendship is seemingly on the rocks as they get into another tiff elsewhere in the trailer after Cosby tells Marks, “You’re not always the victim.”

Cosby stands up and asks Marks to leave her home. Bravo Marks complies and starts to get out of her seat. Bravo

“No, I am not. You used me for three years. I got the memo,” Marks quips.

They each then hastily walk away in opposite directions, sarcastically wishing the other a “good day.”

The falling out may come as a surprise to many viewers as Marks was the only cast member to keep in touch with Cosby after the spiritual leader quit the show in Season 3. Marks even helped her come back as a “friend” in Season 4.

The former friends get into another argument in a second clip. Bravo Marks and Cosby were previously close friends. Bravo

Season 5 of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” premieres Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo and streams the next day on Peacock.
