The road to WrestleMania 40 has come off to an interesting start with Monday Night RAW unveiling their new commentary team It was surely an exciting way to begin the march towards the Show of Shows in Philidelphia.
The show kicked off with Pat McAfee returning to RAW, after his commentary appearance at this Saturday’s Royal Rumble event. Moreover, Pat was also part of the 30-man over-the-tope-rope melee, displaying his exceptional in-ring acumen.
He came out to a huge ovation in the Amalie Arena and headed straight towards the commentary desk, with Michael Cole already present. As McAfee sat down to greet his former colleague and ring announcer partner, Cole unveiled a piece of exciting news for millions watching around the globe.
Michael Cole made the announcement that he and Pat McAfee will be representing Monday Night RAW’s voice as the newest commentary team. We have all seen the excellent comradery shown by them during their time on SmackDown a while back.
With McAfee and Cole back as a unit, it would exciting to see them call the action each and every single week for Monday Night RAW.
