WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley is considered a legend in the pro wrestling business, especially considering how much punishment he put himself through for the entertainment of fans. This includes his infamous match with The Rock decades ago and now he showed off the dented chair from the match.
At the 1999 Royal Rumble, The Rock and Mick Foley engaged in a notorious “I Quit” match for the WWE Championship. Regarded as one of the most brutal contests in WWE history, it featured Mick Foley enduring eleven steel chair shots from The Rock, with his hands handcuffed behind his back.
Unable to defend himself, Foley ultimately uttered the words “I quit,” resulting in The Rock becoming the new WWE Champion. It was an incredibly bloody encounter and changed the course of wrestling in many ways.
The Hardcore Legend took to his Instagram and uploaded a photo of himself with the same chair The Rock used to hit him on the head, noting that it was incredibly dented and still had his blood and pieces of his hair on it.

The Rock and Mick Foley reconciled eventually after the infamous bout, but it will forever be remembered as a reminder that pro wrestlers should never take things too far no matter what.
