EXCLUSIVE: Derek Cianfrance‘s next film Roofman is starting to gain serious momentum as Miramax has landed domestic and international distribution rights. The film stars Channing Tatum and Kirsten Dunst with Cianfrance directing with Cianfrance co-writing the script with Kirt Gunn.

Longtime Cianfrance’s longtime collaborators Jamie Patricof (Hunting Lane) and Lynette Howell Taylor (51 Entertainment) will produce along with Alex Orlovsky and Duncan Montgomery for High Frequency Entertainment and Duncan Sellers for Limelight. Tatum, Cianfrance and Jonathan Montepare will exec produce as will Limelight’s Chris Parker.
