Model and actress Dayle Haddon has died from suspected carbon monoxide poisoning. She was 76.
According to the Solebury Township Police Department, they were called to the home of Haddon’s son-in-law, “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” alum Marc Blucas, in Bucks County, Penn., at 6:30 a.m. local time on Friday. Police found Haddon’s lifeless body on the second floor of the house and a 76-year-old man passed out on the first floor.
First responders took the man to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ, where he is receiving treatment, the police report claims.

The Solebury Township police’s investigation revealed “a faulty flue and exhaust pipe on a gas heating system” was the cause of the carbon monoxide leak.
“New Hope Eagle Volunteer Fire Company was also on scene and detected a high level of carbon monoxide in the property,” the report reads.
Police also found a 76-year-old man passed out on the first floor of the home. “Two medics were transported to Doylestown Hospital for carbon monoxide exposure and one Solebury Township Police Officer was treated at the scene.”
The deputy coroner of Bucks County, Eliot Gross, confirmed Haddon’s death to USA Today on Friday in a statement.
Gross also shared that a toxicology report is being conducted to help determine an official cause of death.
