MVP posts an update and says he is pain-free.

In a post on Instagram, MVP shared an update on his stem cell progress. He stated that his knee was pain-free. The post included footage of MVP doing box jumps.

As of this writing, MVP last wrestled in July 2022. He recently confirmed his departure from WWE, and he has made it clear that he wants to return to the ring before he retires.
