Super Eagles caretaker coach, Augustine Eguavoen has made seven changes to his starting X1 for tonight’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixture against Amavubi of Rwanda.
The quartet of Victor Osimhen, Wilfred Ndidi, Calvin Bassey and Alex Iwobi will start the game from the bench.
Udinese shot stopper Maduka Okoye will make his first start for the three-time African champions since his last appearance against Tunisia at the 2021 AFCON finals in Cameroon.
Bright Osayi-Samuel will come in the injured Ola Aina, while Bright Osayi-Samuel will operate from the left-back position.

Auxerre’s Gabriel Osho will partner captain William Troost-Ekong in central defence.
Raphael Onyedika, Alhassan Yusuf and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru will operate in the three-man midfield.
Victor Boniface will lead the attack, while Kelechi Iheanacho and Moses Simon will provide support from the wings.
