A 911 call was made around 8:30 AM reporting a “medical emergency,” but a second call from the house canceled the request before emergency services arrived. However, by 10 AM, the situation escalated, leading to Chigvintsev’s arrest on charges of felony corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. The Napa County Sheriff’s Office responded to the domestic violence call, confirmed visible injuries, and made the arrest.
Chigvintsev was taken into custody and booked into the Napa County Jail on a felony charge of domestic battery. His bail was set at $25,000, and he was later released from custody. It was then added that the domestic assault victim was cooperating with the police.
According to a report by TMZ, Nikki Garcia’s representative informed the outlet that the situation is a private matter and that Nikki Bella has asked for privacy for herself and her family during this time.
