Having someone show up as a surprise can be quite the great way to start their run in a company, but it can be difficult to make that happen. Now WWE has a new idea about how to make that a lot more effective than it would be otherwise.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE wrestlers are often told to lie about their debut dates with the company to prevent news from getting out in advance. This comes as Giulia is expected to start with WWE though it is not clear when she will be doing so. There is no word on how long this policy has been around or if it is something new that WWE is doing under its new ownership.

Opinion: That is something that makes sense for WWE as the entire business is built on the idea of lying to fans. Not having a wrestler tell someone when they are going to debut is a smart move, as it allows fans to be a bit more surprised. There is all kinds of information out there so spreading some disinformation can make things all the more interesting, which is nice for a twist.
