She has given rare updates on her big brood’s lives on social media over the years.

In August 2022, Suleman posted back-to-school snaps of her “kind, respectful, and helpful” children heading into the eighth grade.

“You are all growing into some of the most kind, humble, grateful and loving human beings I have ever known,” Suleman gushed at the time. “Each of you possess rare and unique characteristics, and are unlike any other child of your age, particularly in our society today.”

The following year, she shared ripped gym selfies and gave insight into how she remains “physically strong and healthy (and mentally sane)” while raising 14 kids.

“I strive to strength train 3-4 days per week, plus one hour of cardio 4-5 days per week,” she wrote via Instagram in June 2023, also sharing her love of lifting weights.

Suleman, who suffered from three herniated discs, bilateral sciatica, a damaged sacrum, peripheral neuropathy and a torn abdominal cavity after giving birth, noted, “The more active I am, the less pain I experience.”
