Barcelona lock horns with a struggling Villarreal later tonight at Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys in Montjuic in matchweek 22 of La Liga.
In what will be their first home game in over a month, manager Xavi Hernandez has released the squad list of players that will be at his disposal for tonight.
Barcelona go into the game without Alejandro Balde, who is out for the season with a hamstring injury. Sergi Roberto also misses out due to a muscle injury he picked up yesterday.
They join Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Gavi, Raphinha, Inigo Martinez, and Marcos Alonso on the sidelines.
Balde and Roberto’s injuries mean Hector Fort has a big chance of starting tonight and making his La Liga debut for Barcelona.
Joao Cancelo is also expected to return to the field after having returned from injury earlier this week and being an unused substitute against Athletic Club in Copa del Rey.
Marc Casado, Marc Guiu, and Pau Cubarsi have also been named in the squad.
