An official Newcastle United injury update on Friday morning.

Eddie Howe hoping to follow up seven points from a possible nine in the Premier League (as well as having progressed in the Carabao Cup).
Official Newcastle United injury update – Availability for the Wolves match (and beyond):
Jamaal Lascelles – Continues his long-term recovery.
Sven Botman – The same as Lascelles.
Lewis Miley – Still recovering from his back injury.
Callum Wilson – Still on way back from his back injury, Eddie Howe saying this Friday morning ‘Callum Wilson hasn’t had a setback but he’s a little bit behind where we wanted him to be. We envisaged that he might be training at this moment in preparation for the game but he’s probably a little bit behind.’
Emil Krafth – Didn’t go away with Sweden as dropped out of their squad through injury. Eddie Howe though with positive news, saying today, ‘Emil Krafth has been nursing a problem. We have seen him in training [now though], he’s joined in the last couple of days, so we are hoping he will be fine.’
Joe Willock – The Newcastle United Head Coach updating on the injury suffered at Forest: ”Joe is improving, he has been training with the group this week, albeit not full training. Positive signs for him. ‘
Bruno Guimaraes – Eddie Howe thinks he is fine. Bruno was subbed off at half-time on Tuesday night (early hours Wednesday morning in UK time) but that looked to be just a tactical change, the Newcastle player one of two subbed at the break with Brazil trailing to Paraguay.
Fabian Schar – Schar now back available after suspension, some fans not realising Forest in the cup counted as one of the three.
Other good news as well, is no reported new injuries from the internationals, Eddie Howe indicating that as well as Bruno, the others who have been away are all fine as well.
So, taking all that together, it appears to be five unavailable for Wolves, at least as starters anyway.
With Lascelles, Miley, Botman and Wilson having no chance of being involved on Sunday, whilst it sounds to me like Joe Willock could possibly make the bench against Wolves, depending on how he trains this next day or two.
