This includes WWE trying their hand at running shows outside of North America, including some for the first time in several years. The company is planning several events around the world this year and now we know where else they plan to go.

The WWE Japan Twitter account has announced that WWE will be going to Japan for a three date summer tour, with a July 25 show in Osaka and June 26/27 shows in Tokyo. The graphic features Asuka and Rhea Ripley, both of whom are currently injured, along with Cody Rhodes, Shinsuke Nakamura and more. This will be WWE’s first live events in the country since 2019.

Opinion: This is always cool to see as WWE has had quite the success with bringing its shows around the world. At the same time, there is something different about Japan, as they are not exactly starved for top level wrestling. WWE might not have the same impact there and it should be interesting to see what happens when they head to the country for a change.
