IMG Credit: WWEThat’s a shame. There are all kinds of injuries in wrestling and you never want to see someone put on the shelf for any amount of time. Some injuries are far more severe than others and can leave a wrestler on the sidelines for a very good while. Unfortunately that is the case again, as an NXT star who has been missing in action will be gone for quite a long time.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, NXT’s Gigi Dolin has suffered a torn ACL, which is expected to keep her out of action through the end of the year. Dolin has been out of action since March and it is not clear when she suffered the injury. There is no word on when or if Dolin has had surgery yet. Dolin’s storyline with Arianna Grace was dropped due to the injury.
Dolin is quite good when she is around. Check out what she had been doing before her injury:
Opinion: That is never good to hear and hopefully Dolin is able to get back in the ring sooner than expected. Dolin is a talented star and someone who could be a bigger deal than she was during her most recent time in NXT. The story with Grace could have been a step in that direction, but now we might not be seeing what is next for her for a rather long time.
