That can create some issues but WWE schedules things out to the minute. Most of the time everything works well but there are times when something is just a bit off. That was the situation again this week and now we know how things were changed.

This week’s SmackDown opened with an in-ring segment featuring the Bloodline, with the Rock coming out after the rest of the team had something to say. According to Fightful Select, the segment wound up going over half an hour altogether which was over ten minutes longer than planned. As a result, the Naomi vs. Tiffany Stratton match was changed, with Naomi’s entrance being canceled and the match being shortened. It wound up running just over eight minutes.
