Sounds like he got a sweet deal.

Sugar heir Alexander “Nico” Fanjul has pleaded guilty — and received four years of probation and 200 hours of community service — for a shocking domestic violence incident at his Palm Beach, Fla., home.

On Monday, a judge ruled that Fanjul — who was charged with petit theft, criminal mischief and felony battery stemming from the incident earlier this year — serve “concurrent probation terms of four years for the battery charge, and one year for each of the misdemeanor offenses,” reported the Palm Beach Post.

A rep for Fanjul told Page Six in a statement: “We thank all the parties for this resolution. Nico has been very clear that he has and will continue to focus on improving himself and being a positive influence in his community.”

Fanjul — whose family owns Florida Crystals and Fanjul Corp, a major sugar and real estate conglomerate in the US and Dominican Republic — was arrested in January when neighbors called 911 after hearing a woman screaming.

Police arrived to find Fanjul standing over a woman “in a defensive ‘fetal’ position,” a police report said.

An officer saw the woman’s face bleeding, the report further said, and the unidentified woman told cops she had been physically assaulted and, “thought she was going to die.”

The pair had been dining earlier at the swank Flagler Steakhouse at the ritzy Breakers Hotel when wealthy Fanjul flew into a rage, and, “became irate because the two were sat by a homosexual couple at the restaurant,” according to the police report.

Fanjul’s rep said that “employees of the restaurant were interviewed and denied hearing or seeing anything that Mr. Fanjul was upset with who he was seated next to.”

Following the arrest, Page Six exclusively reported that the sugar scion headed to luxury rehab in March, All Points North in Edwards, Colo., near Vail.

Reality TV star Scott Disick reportedly sought treatment there in 2020.

He formerly faced domestic violence allegations from ex girlfriend, socialite Tinsley Mortimer.

Fanjul appears to have continued treatment in another posh mountain destination: Court documents obtained by Page Six in April 2024 gave him permission to “temporarily reside in Sun Valley, Idaho, and continue his outpatient treatment with All Points North (APN) Telehealth program.”

“As part of this program, the Defendant shall participate and comply with the drug/alcohol testing

requests, including two (2) times per week random instant saliva toxicology screen test, daily

random breathalyzer monitoring testing, and random urine testing two (2) times per week,” read the court papers.

Fanjul had also been arrested in April 2023 for a separate incident, after an unnamed girlfriend called authorities claiming the sugar heir “tackled her to the ground.”

Mortimer said of their two-year relationship, “I had moments of feeling like I wasn’t going to make it. I was going to be one of those tragic stories you see on TV.” Getty Images for Tribeca TV

The unidentified woman stated in the affidavit that she went inside his home to retrieve her purse — when Fanjul allegedly, “charged at her and tackled her to the ground, causing her to land on her back and told her, ‘You’re not f–king going anywhere.’”

The woman told police at the time that Fanjul had, “a history of unreported physical violence against her, often times physically restraining her.”

Fanjul’s rep tells us he did not face charges.

He also previously faced domestic violence accusations a decade ago from ex-girlfriend, socialite and onetime “Real Housewives of New York” star Tinsley Mortimer.

Fanjul’s family denied the allegations to Page Six at the time.

According to a past report from People, “In 2013, Mortimer was hospitalized for a head injury and two police reports from June 2014 revealed further altercations between the couple in which Fanjul allegedly smothered Mortimer with a pillow and pushed her head to the pavement,” according to the police report. It’s unclear if charges were filed.

Police were also called for domestic violence to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., on Mortimer’s birthday in 2014, but she did not press charges, reported People.

In 2016, Mortimer was arrested for trespassing on Fanjul’s property, claiming she wanted to get her purse back.

The charges were dismissed.
