Pete Dunne and Jey Uso have advanced to the WWE Intercontinental Championship tournament finals after big wins tonight on WWE RAW.
During Monday’s episode of RAW, two qualifying matches were held in the beginning of the tournament, that would determine four competitors who would advance to the finals of the title’s tournament, which will be a Fatal Four-Way Match held in two weeks.
Each of the matches featured three superstars in a Triple Threat Match, with the first seeing Jey Uso come out on top over Kofi Kingston and Karrion Kross. Uso walked out with the win after hitting Kross with a big Spear and then hitting his finishing splash on him for the win.
The second match saw Pete Dunne, The Miz, and Xavier Woods step into the ring. Dunne would come out with the win after narrowly breaking up an attempted pin from The Miz on Woods following a Skull-Crushing Finale. Later in the match, Dunne pulled the referee out of the match to stop Woods from winning, then hit a kick on Woods and the Bitter End on The Miz for the win.
