Porsha Williams’ estranged husband, Simon Guobadia, is suing the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star over her Instagram posts about erectile dysfunction.
In newly filed court documents obtained by TMZ Friday, Guobadia accused Williams of making “false and defamatory” comments by implying that his penis doesn’t work properly.
Guobadia, 60, reportedly claimed that his estranged wife presented the “extreme” and “outrageous” remarks in question as facts rather than opinion.
As a result of Williams’ uploads, Guobadia reportedly claimed that he’s been subjected to public ridicule, that his reputation has taken a hit and that he’s suffered severe emotional distress.

Though he reportedly wants to collect “big damages” over the ordeal, the outlet did not publish the exact amount.
Reps for the former couple did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
The lawsuit comes several months after Williams took to her Instagram Story to share a screenshot of the definition of erectile dysfunction.

Williams added “#menshealthawareness” to the post, which she also added to a second slide that outlined, “Things you can do to help with erectile dysfunction: 1. lose weight if you’re overweight, 2. stop smoking, 3. eat a healthy diet, 4. exercise daily, 5. try to reduce stress and anxiety.”

However, the businessman reportedly claimed in his complaint that the timing of the Bravolebrity’s uploads coincided with her divorce filing, which allegedly led many online to speculate that she was talking about him.

Williams married Guobadia in November 2022 after a controversial whirlwind romance, but she filed to dissolve the marriage this past February. Since then, things have gotten messy between the two.
In court documents previously obtained by Page Six, Williams explained that shocking reports about the Nigeria native’s alleged immigration fraud and what appeared to be an imminent threat of deportation — among other alarming allegations — took a toll on her mental and emotional well-being.
Guobadia denied such claims in his own court documents, going on to accuse Williams of bringing a “gunman” to their marital home.

Guobadia also sent a cease-and-desist letter to the production company behind “RHOA,” demanding that they stop filming at his house, where Williams previously lived.
However, a source close to the situation previously assured Page Six that nothing was filmed at Guobadia’s house for the upcoming 16th season of the reality series.
Williams, for her part, slammed Guobadia for engaging in “superfluous media antics.”
