Powerhouse Hobbs is on the road to recovery after his recent knee surgery.
On the April 24 episode of AEW Dynamite, Hobbs suffered a serious knee injury during his match against Jon Moxley for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.
The All Elite Wrestling star confirmed earlier this month that he underwent surgery to repair his knee, and he’s now undergoing physical therapy.
Hobbs took to social media this morning to reveal that his first week of physical therapy is complete, tweeting out:
“First week of PT done with the USC legend @RNA_sports had some ups and downs but still battled through and crushed my goals #BigBlacknJacked #Monstar #TheBluePrint,” Powerhouse Hobbs said in a post.
You can check out a short video of Hobbs’ physical therapy in the embedded video below.
There’s currently no timetable on when we might see Hobbs return to All Elite Wrestling.
On behalf of everyone here at WrestleZone, we wish Powerhouse Hobbs a quick and painless recovery.
