Leicester manager Ruud van Nistelrooy was delighted to see his team beat West Ham 3-1 at the King Power Stadium.
This was the first game as Foxes boss for the Dutchman, and he picked up three points.
However, while he was pleased with some things, he wasn't too happy with other elements.
Speaking to Amazon Prime, he said: "I think the foundation is for everyone to work their socks off, everybody fighting and tackling.
"They did that in an unbelievable way.
"I said after the game to the players that they are buying into some new ideas that we are going to do.
"I like the 4-4-2 formation because we can be compact and create more from counter-attacks - we have the profiles to play forward quickly and create danger.
"But on the ball, we need to improve.
"We know the Premier League is brutal, so of course, we are delighted with the win, but we also know how many shots West Ham had.
"We had to give everything to get three points, and we must do that every game."

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner has tried to shut down the Marc Guehi talk.
The Eagles captain received a warning from the FA for writing 'I love Jesus' on his rainbow armband at the weekend in the 1-1 draw against Newcastle United.
This is against the FA's rules because it is a religious message.
Tonight, he decided to change the messaging to 'Jesus loves you'.
Of course, that is still against the FA's rules, and it remains to be seen what happens.
However, Glasner hopes to move on from it.
Speaking to talkSPORT after the game, he said: "I think we should calm it down.
"Everybody knows Marc, everyone knows he is a great player, he is a great personality. He is a very humble guy.
"He wore this. It's LGBT and everyone now is about integration, no
discrimination and Marc as well. I think we all have the same opinion.
"We are in sports and in sports we are always against discrimination and any kind of abuse, and Marc as well."
Leicester 3-1 West Ham - FULL TIME
There goes the final whistle, and Ruud van Nistelrooy has his first win as Leicester manager.
The Dutchman was only appointed as the Foxes boss last Friday and watched on Saturday as they were thrashed 4-1 by Brentford.
But it couldn't have gone much better this evening as Jamie Vardy got things off to a great start with an early goal.
Bilal El Khannous and Patson Daka added some gloss to the scoreline before Niclas Fullkrug got a consolation for the Irons.
In truth, the scoreline flattered the Foxes, who conceded 31 shots, but in the end, three points is all that matters.
GOAL! Leicester 3-1 West Ham - Niclas Fullkrug
NO CLEAN SHEET!
Finally, with their 31st shot at goal, the Hammers pull one back, and it's a first Irons strike for Niclas Fullkrug.
The German has been injured for most of the season, but he's now off the mark for West Ham.
Jarrod Bowen delivers a corner from the right that Crysencio Summerville flicks on.
Fullkrug is in the right place to convert from six yards.

PERFECT ENDING!
Victor Kristiansen lifts a long ball up to Patson Daka.
Max Kilman thinks he's got it, but the substitute is quicker and touches the ball past the defender.
He drives into the box and looks as if he's going to cut inside.
However, he sees the space down the left and uses that before rifling a brilliant strike into the roof of the net.
Ruud van Nistelrooy couldn't have wished for a better start!

The Foxes have the ball in the back of the net again, but it's not going to count.
A ball is played into Facundo Buonanotte, and he holds off his man before finding Patson Daka.
The striker hits a shot towards goal that drops to Bobby Decordova-Reid,
He taps in and runs off to celebrate.
However, VAR deems that Buonanotte was offside in the build-up.

Bilal El Khannous' evening is done.
The 20-year-old has provided two moments of quality in this match to potentially win it.
But he appears to be injured.
Bobby Decordova-reid comes on.
Meanwhile, West Ham have had 29 shots, which is their most on record in a Premier League away game.
GOAL! Leicester 2-0 West Ham - Bilal El Khannous
HUGE MOMENT!
Leicester break from a West Ham attack, and the ball is switched out to Kasey McAteer on the left.
The winger advances forward and calmly picks out Bilal El Khannous.
The ball is perfectly played into the attacking midfielder, and he slides a strike into the near post corner.
Ruud van Nistelrooy is closing in on a first win as Foxes manager.
At 20 and 207 days, he becomes the youngest player to assist and score a goal in a Premier League game for Leicester since Emile Heskey against West Ham in 1998 (20 and 119 days).

There goes the final whistle at Portman Road, and it's Crystal Palace who walk away with three points.
The only goal of the game came in the second half when Eberechi Eze played Jean-Philippe Mateta in.
He managed to bully his way into the box before chipping an effort into the net.
It was an excellent finish that deserved to win any game.
Ipswich offered very little in response, but they did come close to an equaliser through Jacob Greaves' header that hit the post.
But in the end, it's a disappointing result for the Tractor Boys, who are still yet to win at home in the top-flight this season.

So close to an equaliser!
Ipswich win a free-kick on the edge of the box, and the hosts come up with a clever routine.
Leif Davis rolls it into Conor Chaplin, and he lifts a ball to the far post.
Jacob Greaves climbs over everyone and heads back across goal.
His header hits the post, rebounds off Nathan Broadhead and drops behind for a goal kick.
Leicester 1-0 West Ham - HALF TIME
That's the end of the first 45 minutes at the King Power Stadium, and Ruud van Nistelrooy is on course for a first win as Foxes manager.
However, Leicester are extremely fortunate to be in the lead.
They have scored their only chance of the game through Jamie Vardy, while Mads Hermansen has been forced into a string of saves.
Certainly, the Dutchman will be pleased his team are winning, but he'll want them to improve defensively.
West Ham are one of just three teams to have 19 or more shots in the first half of a game and not score.
'Absolutely devastated'
Manchester United defender Luke Shaw has released a statement on Instagram about his latest injury.
It was confirmed earlier this evening that the left-back was going to miss the Arsenal match, and he's now revealed he's suffered a small setback.
It's still unclear what the injury is, but Shaw is set for a few weeks on the sidelines.
On Instagram, he said: "Hi guys, it's hurting a lot to have to write this as I really thought I had got through my recent struggles and was on a positive path going forward.
"But unfortunately, I've had a small setback.
"I've been through a lot of ups and downs, but this has definitely been my toughest period.
"I'm absolutely devastated, and it's extremely tough to come to terms with reality at this moment in time."

BIG GOAL!
Eberechi Eze plays the ball into Jean-Philippe Mateta, but he still has a lot to do.
The big Frenchman gets past Jacob Greaves and into the box.
He then brushes off another defender before delicately lifting the ball into the net.
That puts the Eagles on course for just their second league win this season.

Great play from Jannik Vestergaard to bully Danny Ings off the ball and start a counter-attack.
Facundo Buonanotte sees the run of Kasey McAteer and feeds a pass in behind Aaron Wan-Bissaka for the right winger.
He holds off Wan-Bissaka and has Jamie Vardy screaming for a tap-in.
But he goes for goal from a tight angle, and Lukasz Fabianski makes an important save with his body.
Leicester 1-0 West Ham - Chance
So close from Tomas Soucek!
Mohammed Kudus and Aaron Wan-Bissaka combine on the left, and the returning Ghanaian international delivers a peach of a cross to the far post.
Soucek rises above his man and arrows a header at the near post.
It's so close that the away end erupts thinking the big Czech midfielder has levelled, but he actually hit the side-netting.
Leicester 1-0 West Ham
If you were expecting the Foxes to kick on after that Jamie Vardy goal, they haven't.
Instead, West Ham are all over them and are cutting through the midfield and defence easily.
Mads Hermansen has denied Jarrod Bowen twice with good saves.
The Foxes have also had to scramble one away from off the line before Tomas Soucek could convert.
GOAL! Leicester 1-0 West Ham - Jamie Vardy
THE SEASON STARTS NOW!
Ruud van Nistelrooy's reign at the King Power is up and running, and it's that man Jamie Vardy.
Who else was it going to be?
The ball is played in behind the West Ham defence by Bilal El Khannous, and Vardy runs through before slotting into the back of the net.
However, the flag goes up, and it's initially ruled out as offside, but VAR has a look and decides that the striker is level.

That's the end of the first 45 minutes at Portman Road, and both sides have largely cancelled each other out.
The hosts started well but failed to create anything before the Eagles grew into the game.
Eberechi Eze had the visitors' best chance, but he was denied one-on-one.
But Dean Henderson had to be alert to keep out a Harry Clarke header.
Ipswich 0-0 Crystal Palace - Chance
The hosts come so close to a goal!
Ipswich win a corner on the left, and the ball is whipped in at the near post.
Right-back Harry Clarke diverts an effort towards goal that hits Dean Henderson at the near post.
Palace then scramble it away.
The Palace goalkeeper knew little about that, but it's a crucial stop.
Ipswich 0-0 Crystal Palace - Chances
Not for the first time this evening, Jack Clarke loses possession in his half.
Palace work the ball to Eberechi Eze, and he finds the overlapping Tyrick Mitchell.
Mitchell looks up and picks out Daniel Munoz in the box.
It's a great cross, but as Munoz meets it, he slips and spoons an effort at goal that Jacob Greaves smashes away.
Jean=Philippe Mateta then dropps deep to feed Eze.
The England international is in one-on-one, but under pressure from Wes Burns, he hits a weak effort straight at Arijanet Muric.
Credit: GettyIpswich 0-0 Crystal Palace
The visitors break down the right and work the ball across to Eberechi Eze.
He cuts inside and shoots, but the ball loops back up for him, and he heads it into the area.
Jean-Philippe Mateta does well to re-direct it into the path of Cheick Doucoure.
The midfielder rifles in a half-volley that Jacob Greaves throws himself in front of, making a stunning block.
Ipswich 0-0 Crystal Palace
Nearly a shambles at the back for the hosts!
Palace win a free-kick wide on the right, and Eberechi Eze steps up.
He delivers a wonderful ball into the area that is begging to be put away.
Arijanet Muric rushes off his line to try and deal with the danger, but he gets nowhere near it, and Dara O'Shea bails him out at the far post.
The resulting corner is cleared and Cheick Doucoure is booked for chopping down Jack Clarke and stopping a counter-attack.
Ipswich 0-0 Crystal Palace
It's been a good start this contest from the hosts.
Ipswich are dominating the ball and trying to push the Eagles back into their half.
However, a few promising attacks have broken down through some slack passing, loose touches or poor decision-making.
Meanwhile, Palace look like a team who have won just once in the league all season.
They are low on confidence and aren't throwing too many men forward.
Credit: GettyIpswich 0-0 Crystal Palace - Kick-off
We are underway at Portman Road as these sides look for just their second wins of the campaign.
Ipswich were beaten 1-0 by Nottingham Forest at the weekend, with a Chris Wood penalty proving to be the difference.
Meanwhile, the Eagles salvaged a 1-1 draw against Newcastle United with a last-gasp Daniel Munoz header.
Of course, Ipswich captain Sam Morsy was criticised for refusing to wear the raionbow armband, citing religious beliefs.
And Marc Guehi wrote 'I love Jesus' on his armband, which the FA told him wasn't appropriate.
He's changed the wording of the message to 'Jesus loves you', but it's still a religious statement that goes against the FA's rules.
