Priyanka Chopra Jonas is all set to make her Bollywood comeback with #SSMB29 (tentatively titled) with SS Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu. While much details about projects are under wraps, the leads pics and her visit to India speaks volume of how grand the movie will be. As per latest reports, Priyanka Chopra arrived in Odisha few days back and has kickstarted shooting of film with Mahesh Babu.

PeeCee came to India a few days back and her visit came to notice after she posed with air hostesses and pics went viral. She reportedly headed to Odisha to start shooting for her upcoming movie with SS Rajamouli. Priyanka as joined the sets now while Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj have already started shooting for the film. Priyanka Chopra is expected to embark on the journey Today in Odisha, where key forest sequences are being filmed. “SSMB 29 will be Priyanka Chopra’s comeback project in India. She is crafting a massive return to the home-turf, and what better than a global project like this to announce the return,” the source informs as per reports by Pinkvilla.
Meanwhile, challenges have emerged on the film due to leaked visuals from the outdoor shoot going viral on social media. It promptied the team to tighten security with a three-layer system and local administrative support. As per reports in same portal, the storyline of the film is also out. A source close to film quote Pinkvilla, “The core conflict of the jungle adventure unfolds in Kashi, and the makers are looking to recreate the land of Shiva in Hyderabad, as it’s logistically difficult to can a film of this scale at real locations. The plot of SSR x SSMB is deeply rooted in the history of Kaashi, as the divine past leads to an unforgettable adventure in the present. Kashi serves itself as a very important character of the film.”

On the work front, PeeCee recently wrapped up shoot of Citadel 2. The actress also has Heads Of State with John Cena and Idris Alba on the pipeline. She was reportedly suppose to make her Bollywood comeback with Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa. However, the film has been put on backburner and there is no update on it yet.
