PSG plagued by organized crime?

Sunday evening, Daniel Riolo dropped a real bomb on the RMC antenna. The shadow of organized crime would hang over the club in the capital.

The 2023-2024 financial year has just ended for Paris Saint-Germain, with a much better season than the previous one in sporting terms. However, behind the scenes, the capital club would be mistreated. The shadow of organized crime would reign over the team owned by Qatar Sports Investments (QSi). At least that’s what Daniel Riolo suggested on Sunday evening, in “L’After Foot”.

“I think you don’t understand what’s happening at PSG. Maybe it’s our fault, because me personally, I only say half of what I know about behind the scenes… Nobody can imagine how this club is managed internally, who are the decision-makers, who are the people around Nasser Al-Khelaifi. I’m just going to say one thing. Last year, when I was investigating the Hamraoui affair (Editor’s note: PSG player attacked), which was a case linked to PSG, people, the police, told me: “There is no reason so that in the short term, organized crime does not integrate PSG.” I listened, I said: “ah yes OK”. And recently I was reminded of this phrase and told that time had run out.”said the journalist on the airwaves of RMC.

PSG, the law of omerta?

Facing Gilbert Brisbois and Stéphane Guy in the studio, Daniel Riolo sounds the alarm. “I don’t think you realize what’s in this clubhe insists. We can’t actually tell everything, it’s completely crazy. Unfortunately, these are things we can’t talk about. This is the first time in my life that I have said that there are subjects that cannot even be discussed here. At some point, there are dangerous things. The management of this club is a permanent desolation. To talk about Mbappé, he will be much calmer at Real Madrid.”

If the comments made by Daniel Riolo prove to be accurate, PSG therefore finds itself in danger. However, this is not the first time that the name of the capital club has been associated with organized crime.
