Scott Steiner has faced controversies and his outspoken nature has led to trouble. However, he was previously accused of being a bully and now he has addressed such accusations.
While speaking on a previous episode of the K100 podcast, Disco Inferno was asked about pranks involving Scott Steiner. Disco Inferno claimed that Steiner had a reputation for doing whatever he pleased, and no one dared to confront him.
Scott further detailed an alleged incident where Steiner attempted to drown him in the water during a playful situation. According to Disco Inferno, Steiner found amusement in bullying others and enjoyed witnessing their uncomfortable reactions, with no one willing to challenge him.
“We’d get in the water, and the first thing he would try to do is you jump in, he’d try to drown me in the water,” Disco Inferno said. “He’s laughing. He found humor in bullying people and seeing people’s uncomfortable reactions to him being a bully, and that’s the way he operated. And they let him do it. Nobody was gonna say a word to him.”
While speaking on the Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling Podcast, Scott Steiner confirmed the accuracy of Disco Inferno’s story but clarified that it was all in good fun and he never intended to harm anyone.
Steiner explained that he used to playfully knock people off jet skis, including his brother Rick, and keep them submerged briefly before letting them back out. According to Steiner, it was all part of the fun and meant to be a lighthearted activity. He dismissed claims of being a bully.
“I did the same thing to my brother [Rick],” Steiner said. “Knock him off and then kept on [skiing] around, try to drown him, take him to that point, and then, ‘All right, get back out,’ and then do it all over. Then Disco calls me a bully! Man, shut the hell up, man. They were both my jet skis. We were having fun.”
Scott Steiner also admitted that he was responsible for his delayed WWE Hall of Fame induction. Nonetheless, Steiner is now in the good books of WWE and that’s all that matters to him.
