Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with the help of two other celebrities at a 2000 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty.

The now-37-year-old woman filed a lawsuit against Combs in New York federal court Sunday in which she claimed the incident occurred after she went to an empty bedroom to lie down for a moment because she felt “woozy and lightheaded” from a drink she had during the bash on Sept. 7, 2000.

“Soon after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room,” states the 19-page filing, obtained by Deadline. “Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You are ready to party!’”

Combs, then 30, allegedly “threw” the girl, identified only as Jane Doe in the court documents, toward another male celebrity, referred to as Celebrity A, who proceeded to remove the teen’s clothing as she became “more and more disoriented.”

“Plaintiff was held down by Celebrity A who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched,” the lawsuit claims. “After the male celebrity finished, Combs then vaginally raped Plaintiff while the Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched.”

The complaint also alleges that Combs attempted to force the victim to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by hitting him in the neck, so he stopped. She then escaped the room and had her father pick her up from the party.

“After the assault, Plaintiff fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life,” states the lawsuit filed by lawyer Tony Buzbee.

Buzbee filed at least five new civil lawsuits in the Southern District of New York on Sunday.

The plaintiffs were not named in the filings, however, the lawsuit states that two of the alleged victims are men and three are women, including the one woman who claimed that Combs raped her when she was just 13 years old.

One of the men and all three women also accuse the Bad Boy Records producer, 54, of drugging them, according to the lawsuits.

“We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done,” Buzbee said in a statement obtained by NBC on Sunday. “We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”

The lawyer told the news outlet that he would be filing two more additional lawsuits on Sunday.

Combs’ reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Earlier this month, the Texas-based legal eagle announced that he was representing 120 individuals in civil lawsuits accusing Combs of egregious sex crimes spanning over the course of three decades.

Buzbee claimed that the rapper’s youngest victim was just 9 years old when Combs allegedly sexually assaulted them.

“This individual was sexually abused allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio with the promise to both his parents and himself of getting a record deal,” he said at the time.

Buzbee also claimed that there are several A-list celebrities that were involved in Combs’ assaults.

Combs had denied any wrongdoing via his lawyers amid an onslaught of legal accusations pegged against the embattled Hip Hop artist.

The “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper’s reputation took a downward spiral in November 2023 when his ex-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, filed a lawsuit accusing him of raping, sex trafficking and physically abusing her throughout their decade-long relationship.

The father of seven settled the suit the following day and denied any wrongdoing at the time.

However; nearly a year later, Combs was forced to issue a public apology when a video of him brutally beating Ventura, 38, at a hotel in 2016 surfaced online.

The “Me & U” singer’s lawsuit opened up the floodgates and at least 100 alleged victims have come forward with abuse allegations — many of whom claim that his alleged attacks unfolded at his wild star-studded parties, which were attended by A-listers including Leonardo DiCaprio, Ashton Kutcher and more.

Things for Diddy continued to spiral last month when he was arrested and charged with racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs pleaded not guilty to the charges and is being held behind bars at Brooklyn’s notorious Metropolitan Detention Center after being denied bail.
