According to Metro Times and court documents, the award was issued Monday (September 9) by a Lenawee County Circuit Court Judge following a temporary restraining order against the producer granted to Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, a “Michigan inmate known for his long history of challenging the judicial system with civil lawsuits.”

The lawsuit claimed that Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted him in 1997 at a party in Detroit.

The judge set a payment schedule of $10 million per month, starting October 1, according to the report. Diddy failed to appear for the virtual hearing.

He said he awoke and saw Diddy having sex with a woman, who allegedly said to him, “I did this to you too.”

The inmate is currently serving an unrelated sentence, and is a self-taught student of civil and criminal statutes.

Diddy reportedly offered him $2.3 million to dismiss the lawsuit, but he declined and said he would proceed with the legal action. Diddy then allegedly said “You know how we get down.”
