No matter how trained or skilled a wrestler may be, there is always the chance that someone could be hurt and put on the shelf. Now we are seeing another young star suffering from a devastating injury that is going to keep her on the shelf for a long time.

Over the weekend, reports and images from an NXT live event showed Cora Jade suffering an injury during her match against Lyra Valkyria. According to Dave Meltzer on Twitter, Jade suffered a torn ACL during the match. There is no word on how the injury took place or how long she will be out of action. Jade has only been back in action for just over a month after missing most of the second half of 2023.
