Sol Ruca Shows Off Her Impressive Skills, Does Spiral Tap Off Of An Exercise Ball

In the current era of NXT, there are several female wrestlers who are rising to the top of the division. One such star is the young and athletic Sol Ruca.

Ruca made her debut in WWE NXT by competing on live events. She then put on an impressive showing during the 2023 NXT Women’s Breakout Star tournament. On the Night One of NXT: Great American Bash Ruca was part of a six-person tag team match. During the match, Ruca hit a Spinning Spiral Moonsault from the top rope to the outside taking out all the stars in the match.

A fan took to Twitter to ask if Sol Ruca gets any special training to perfect the move. Ruca replied to the fan by sharing a video of her doing the Spinning Spiral Jump by jumping from a gym ball and landing perfectly. She also captioned it by saying it was easy.

“EZ,” Sol Ruca tweeted.

When another fan asked her if she could do a sequence, Ruca did not hesitate. She sent another video of her fulfilling the request of the fan.

Kelani Jordan reflects on her title defense against Sol Ruca

One of Sol Ruca’s biggest matches of her career was the NXT Women’s North American Championship match against Kelani Jordan at the NXT HeatWave Premium Live Event.

Following the match, Jordan was interviewed by Sarah Schreiber in a Digital Exclusive. During the interview, the NXT Women’s North American Champion praised Sol Ruca for putting up a tough fight.

“Well, first I would like to say to Sol that she definitely gave me the workout. I’m a bit tired, but she’s a Superstar. She really challenged me. And also, we’re friends. So, it’s pretty cool to be able to go out there and have a friendly but competitive match. And I think also, we do have similar backgrounds, but she’s one heck of an athlete. So, I don’t know where her genes come from. but she definitely made me have to pull some stuff out of my back pocket,” Kelani Jordan said.
