Speedball Mike Bailey credits Alex Shelley for his improved physique.
The Canadian star recently left TNA after an incredible run in the promotion. Matches against the likes of El Hijo Del Vikingo and Moose, as well as against Konosuke Takeshita for Maple Leaf Pro, showing why he is one of the best wrestlers in the world.
Speedball looks set to debut for AEW this year in the Continental Classic. The amazing shape he has got into to earn this opportunity is something he has credited to the help of wrestling legend Alex Shelley.
Speedball Mike Bailey posted a pair of photos of himself on Twitter, posing in some new ring gear. In a series of Tweets he explained how he has never been happier with his wrestling physique, due to his training and diet.
He goes on to explain how he sought advice from Alex Shelley over both those things. It appears to be paying dividends for Speedball, adding that Shelley has given him “knowledge, care and attention” to achieve these results.
Speedball Mike Bailey also credited Basil Muhmad for taking the photos, and Sway Archer for making his ring gear.
“These photos were by far the happiest I’ve ever been with my physique. These photos were taken a few weeks ago, and I’ve made even more progress since. Working with @AlexShelley313 for my training and diet is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my entire career.”
“I’ve made more progress in the last few weeks than I have in years. I can’t say enough good things about the knowledge, care, and attention that his guidance has given me. Also, shout out @Beezzzzy for the amazing photography and @SwayArcher for making the coolest costume I’ve ever worn. Grateful to be surrounded by such amazing people.”
