Steph De Lander has been featured in TNA recently, but she is still a free agent.
Steph De Lander has been active on the independent scene for the past several months. She has been paired up with Matt Cardona. De Lander recently returned to TNA and challenged Jordynne Grace for the Knockouts World Championship at TNA Rebellion. She and Kon are set to face Grace and PCO at TNA Under Siege. However, she has confirmed that she is still a free agent.
In an interview with Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, Steph De Lander was asked about her contract status. De Lander confirmed that she was “still a free agent.”
Sapp noted that it seemed like that was by design, as she and Cardona have made it clear that they enjoy having freedom.
“Yeah, it definitely suits me right now to be independent,” Steph De Lander said. “But I guess we’ll see how everything unfolds. I’m not against signing anywhere. It’s just, as Matt says, the money has to be right, and it has to kind of align with what I want to do. So yeah, we’ll see what happens over the next six months or so, but for now, I’m still a free agent.
