Steph De Lander shared some unfortunate news at TNA Victory Road.
At TNA Victory Road, Steph De Lander and Matt Cardona were set to face PCO and Rhino. However, before the match, De Lander grabbed a microphone and delivered an emotional message. She looked back on her journey up to this point and noted that her career had been a dream.
De Lander then revealed that she needed to have neck surgery. She said that she had needed it for a while, but she had put it off because she did not want to let anyone down. De Lander said that it had reached the point that she needed to have it taken care of. De Lander stated that this was not goodbye, but a see you later, as she still had a lot to give to TNA, the business, and the fans. She thanked Matt Cardona and told PCO that, with him, she found true love.
PCO and De Lander walked away, but Cardona blindsided Rhino and attacked him.
As of this writing, there is no word on how long De Lander will be out of action. WrestleZone wishes her well in her recovery, and we will provide more information as it becomes available.
