Darby Allin and Sting are challenging Big Bill and Ricky Starks for the AEW World Tag Team Championships.
During tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite, the pair entered the ring, with Allin reminding the world of AEW that he and Sting still hadn’t lost together as a tag team. He then tried to persuade Sting to try and get the pair to challenge the reigning champions for a title shot.
Later on in the night, the champions could be seen backstage, and accepted the challenge rather quickly. Starks also said that Sting wouldn’t even make it to AEW Revolution for his farewell match by the time they’re finished with him in the ring.
Toward the end of AEW Dynamite, the broadcast confirmed that the match would take place in two weeks.
